Processing times are 10-13 days without a video recording (esp. on larger orders) With a video recording, please add an additional 3-5 days to your order time.

Once an order is completed, a tracking number will be issued to you via email. Once your order is in the hands of the Carrier, the only thing I can do is track it. Lost/stolen, non-delivered packages will need to contact the carrier of the package.
