Processing Times are 5-7 days without a video recording. With a video recording, please add 2-3 days to your order.
Once an order is completed, a tracking number will be issued to you via email. Once your order is in the hands of the Carrier, the only thing I can do is track it. Lost/stolen, non-delivered packages will need to contact the carrier of the package.
